1. Fold the filter paper tube and put it into the filter paper tube rack. The fat analyzer requires that the filter paper tube mouth cannot be higher or lower than the metal mouth of the filter paper tube rack.


2. Put a layer of absorbent cotton at the bottom of the filter paper tube and press it tightly. The pressing thickness is about 2mm.


3. Weighing: For low-fat samples such as grain and feed, you can directly weigh about 2 grams of the crushed sample, accurate to 0.0002 grams. Transfer the sample into the filter paper tube, cover it with a layer of absorbent cotton, and press it to the filter paper tube mouth. Then put it into the aluminum cup, and keep the inside and outside of the aluminum cup clean.


4. Transfer the filter paper tube rack and aluminum cup to the bracket together.


5. Pull up the handle, suck the filter paper tube rack onto the upper speed section, and load all the samples one by one.


6. Pour 50ml of ether or petroleum ether into each aluminum cup.


7. Wipe the heating plate clean without any impurities.


8. Load the bracket into the instrument, press down the lever and lock it. Check that the position of the aluminum cup cannot be offset.


9. Pull down the handle and immerse the filter paper holder into the aluminum cup. Start soaking.


10. Set the temperature.


11. Pull up the handle after soaking to start the extraction process.


12. When the extraction is completed, lift the lever to recover the solvent. The solvent recovery handle is in the uppermost position.


13. Turn off the power after solvent recovery.


14. Recover the reagent, dry, cool and weigh.
